Things To Do In and Around Camp

Don't forget your fishing pole.  We stock our own ponds with rainbow trout, so a State license is not required.
There are also many places to fish off the property in Yule Creek;
Crystal River; Beaver Lake, as well as, other ponds and streams.

Several canoes & a paddle boat are available on our large pond. Life jackets are provided.

There are trails to hike at camp, as well as, many miles of trails in the area.

There are many 4 wheel drive trails nearby.
Make the very scenic
Lead King Basin Loop or the famous "Crystal Mill" trip from the town of Marble.

Take a half-day ride down Glenwood Canyon on the Colorado River.

A scenic hay ride along the creek and through quaking aspens.
Experience the OLD WEST shoot out, followed by a Western Cook-out!!

Sightseeing
There is a new view around every bend in the road. Mountain peaks...Waterfalls...Mountain Valleys...This is the old Dead Horse Mill (also known as "The Crystal Mill") located near the camp.

Visit the Yule Creek Marble Quarry just one mile from camp. This mine is in full operation and has produced the "Tomb of the Unknown Soldier and the pillars of The Lincoln Memorial in years past!!!!
